i love how black and white photos really show the emotion of subjects… i photographed these sisters on a beautiful spring afternoon… in the shade and in the sun… by pretty greenery and flowers… while they were wearing adorable blue, peach, pink outfits… with bright blue and brown eyes… but when you strip the color out of the photos, what you see is the sisterly bond and how they feel about each other… and the joy they experienced that day and the time they spend together… priceless…
what a little gumdrop she was… i had never photographed a newborn this small… no matter how many times you see a newborn, you don’t remember how tiny they are until you hold them in your hands… what a sweet little miracle… thank you for letting me photograph her…
I have never seen a little boy so excited to be around his new baby sister… When we said he could hold her he was thrilled… Newborn Madeline is just 2 weeks old and is as sweet as pie… I was so lucky to get to spend the afternoon with them…
how exciting to be expecting a new baby in just 5 short weeks… all the hopes and dreams of a couple in one cute little belly… knowing you will be holding your son or your daughter in only a month… all moms can remember this feeling… and it brings you right back to what it was like to feel your baby kick… what a miracle…
i photographed brother/sister twins yesterday for their first holy communion… and it was twice the fun! they were both so sweet and i could have kept shooting them for hours… look how cute these two are…
what a way to kick off first communion season of 2013… with this beautiful little girl… who was a natural behind the camera… i told her momma that this girl needs to model… with her sweet smile and gorgeous blue eyes… she looked so lovely in her first communion dress.. she was a joy to photograph…
