Project 52 | Week 9: The Color Green & Shamrocks

9/52… Blog cicle for March 18th… The Color Green & Shamrocks: Get outside and discover the green!! Find some shamrocks… some luck?!

Well I was sick this week, so wasn’t going out very far to find some shamrocks… went in my yard and due to this time of year, and the only recent melted snow, i found some not very green grass… so I decided to make my own shamrock shot…

Then wouldn’t you know, my daughter came home from school super excited with a shamrock hat she made in school… I love that they sill make crafts in 2nd grade… and know that won’t happen for that much longer… so here is my little “shamrock” (it isn’t a deep green, but we know it is a green shamrock on her forehead, even without the stem, right?! lol!)

And later I noticed amoungst the many many “guys” all over the floor of my son’s room, there were quite a few green guys… so even though they aren’t shamrocks, they are the important green things in his world right now, so I had to include a photo of them too…
